MAKING ORDER

Kindly take note that by receiving an invoice does not secure you a piece of the item as our stock quantity is very limited. It is on first payment first serve basis. To secure your order, do make sure that you make the payment as soon as the invoice is sent out to you. Buyers are required to check their invoice and make sure all parts are accurate before making any payment.

We will not be responsible for any mistakes made in invoice (eg. wrong address/item codes/amount due) once parcel has been mailed out and no exchanges/refunds will be made. By placing an order, it implies your intention of confirming the deal. So please make sure you check every detail before confirming. Do allow us to revert back to your enquiries and orders within 24hrs.


PAYMENT AND POSTAGE INFO

For normal postage, an amount of $1.50 for each item is added on top of the price of item.

For registered postage, a one-off amount of $2.50 will be added on top of the amount of normal postage and price of item.


Payment

We accept payment via DBS/POSB I-banking, or DBS/POSB and UOB cash transfer. We strictly do not accept concealed cash. Please make payment within 24 hrs, after confirming your order. This is to also secure your order. Items not paid for within the time limit, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be deemed as unpaid and be put up for sale thereafter. Kindly obtain the receipt with you and scan it over to us or you may want to fill in the followings after making your payment:

Do allow us to mail out your item within 24hrs after verifying your order.

We reserve the rights to detain items and/or cancel your order without prior notice should buyers refuse to make full payment of products. We also reserve the rights to dismiss any payment if buyer cannot provide us the receipt in the case when we are not able to verify your payment. In both cases, no refunds will be made.


DELIVERY / SELF COLLECTIONS

Parcels are mailed out within 24 hours after verification of payment and will reach to you within 2-3 working days. For orders made and confirmed on weekends starting from Friday, your parcels are expected to be mailed out and reach in the following week. Except for any urgent cases, we will try to make the effort to personally send your item ASAP as we could.

In such cases, the amount of registered postage will be imposed by us. We will not be held responsible for lost mails thus, registered postage are strongly encouraged. Tracking numbers for RA mails will be provided upon request.

For self collection, the venue will only be informed once payment verified. Venue will only be to our convenient unless otherwise stated.


PRE-ORDERS

Kindly leave your comment on the item you wish to purchase. After which, we will issue you the invoice. Payments are to be made strictly within 24hrs after issuing of invoice. Else, your order will be voided. Once payment is made, we do not allow any changes regards to the item (e.g. size, colour, cancellation of order etc.) Please allow 2 weeks for processing of orders, otherwise stated. We will keep you posted if stock has arrives and for which items will be mailed out after that. Thus, this is strictly not recommended for fussy buyers.


EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

Items sold are non-refundable or exchangeable except for manufacture defects. Buyers are to contact us immediately and mail back the defected item within 3 working days with the original packaging. For cases that item is out of stock, we will require you to return the item and full refund will be given back.

All exchanges will be judge based on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to refuse any exchange for item(s) suspected of being tampered with.
